The squad

«There have been no changes apart from Désiré's suspension. Fabian Rieder, Enzo Le Fée and Nagida are still unavailable. ».

LOSC on form

« They're a very fit team, mature collectively, and last night they confirmed all the good things we thought about them. We're preparing for a big game, at European level. ».

Profile of the opponent

« This opponent is the opposite of what we faced in our last match. Lille are a team that press a lot, very aggressive with and without the ball in particular. They defend with a three-man midfield that plays in possession, and this hybrid approach is atypical of them. We'll have to show that we can do things and not be pressurised. ».

The fight for Europe

« I've already told you that we'll be taking stock after Monaco. A month and a half ago, we'd never have imagined we'd be in this position before playing Lille. On the block, we're going to reveal what we're capable of doing against this kind of opponent. ».

A one-match week

« The players were able to regenerate after that. We could see that the players were tired against Lorient, both physically and perhaps mentally. We were able to work on certain things afterwards with collective sessions. Now it's up to us to show what we can do against opponents who are in top form. ».

Could the match against Paris be an inspiration?

« In my opinion, these are two very different teams, particularly in terms of the dynamic way they play and the vertical approach Lille offer. What we prepared for Paris was also very much in line with their characteristics. We don't have to copy and paste, but we do have to be really strong against these opponents.».

SRFC's negative series in the North

« Reversing the club's negative dynamic in Lille is a challenge for the players ».
