After scoring against Angers and Bordeaux and providing the decisive assist in the latter match, Lorenz Assignon was particularly convincing in December. Fans voted Lorenz player of the month in the Match Center, where the best Red and Black player is chosen after each match.
The award also recognises the defender's consistency since the start of the season, with 11 starts and over 900 minutes played. He follows in the footsteps of Amine Gouiri in August, Alidu Seidu in September and October and Ludovic Blas in November.
