« It's frustrating because we missed our first ten minutes and our last seven or eight. I think we dominated Lens for most of the game.
First they found a few moves to destabilise us, then we managed to gain the upper hand with some very good pressing, forcing them to throw in some long passes. I think we opened the scoring quite logically. After that, we inexplicably fell back, even though our aim was to keep going forward, and they scored the goal without really having been dangerous.
Emotions run high because it happens at the last second, and I'd have the same analysis even if we hadn't taken that goal. I'm satisfied with the collective effort. In terms of what was produced, it was convincing in terms of generosity, but we still need to make progress with the ball. If we want to get to the top, these are the games we have to win.
We were very good in midfield, and that may answer some of the questions about how well everyone complements each other. At the back we were also very interesting in duels, general in attack, that's good, it's up to this team to grow, move forward and progress to win these games. If we continue in this vein, I'm convinced we'll have a good season, but we also need to grow in maturity. »
