Having beaten Stade Briochin on penalties and then Stade Lavallois (2-3), Stade Rennais F.C. now know their opponents for the Gambardella Cup Round of 32. It will be En Avant de Guingamp. Guingamp won 0-2 at Mulsanne in the round of 32.
Last season, Rennes and Guingamp met in this round of the competition. The Rouge et Noir won 3-1 with goals from Florian Truffert, Amadou Diallo and Nordan Mukiele.
The duel will take place on the weekend of 2 February.
