« Normally, I would have been on the pitch with the players from the Pro2 group and the Academy. It's a pleasure to be in front of you. It's a short-term mission, with the aim of getting the team from point A to point B. We want to do the best we can against Toulouse. We want to do the best we can against Toulouse. The team worked hard before we arrived to prepare for this match, and our ambition is to win it. »
Game identity
« I'm not here to revolutionise everything, I don't pretend to do that. We have at our disposal a group of professional players who want to win matches, who train to do so, and our role is to support them, to put them in the best possible conditions by building on their identity. The aim is to be up and running quickly. »
The Toulouse challenge
« All matches are important, especially when you have strong objectives. In a structure like Stade Rennais F.C., you have to want to play to win games. I saw the game against Auxerre, and we don't like to be in those situations when we're players. Obviously this game against Toulouse is really important for us. They're an in-form side, a great challenge and we have to take it on with conviction.
I can't wait to be in the middle of the group and feel the atmosphere. I'm not alone in this mission and the whole of Stade Rennais F.C. wants to perform well this weekend. »
