Geoffrey Lembet :
It's a great club and for me it's a real source of pride. It proves that my hard work has paid off too. The best is yet to come, and we're going to work even harder to achieve our goals. It was easy to acclimatise and we were made to feel very welcome at Rennes. I'm very happy to continue.

Olivier Cloarec, Executive Chair and Managing Director :
We are delighted to extend Geoffrey's contract for another year and to see him continue his adventure at Stade Rennais F.C. He has shown real human qualities and great professionalism. His influence in the dressing room is very positive.

Florian Maurice, Technical Director :
Behaviour, attitude, state of mind, performance - everything we were looking for in a third goalkeeper, Geoffrey gave us. From our point of view, there was no reason not to continue, and from his too, because he's very happy and fulfilled at Rennes. It's a just reward for a boy who totally deserves the confidence we have in him. The contribution he makes on a daily basis, both in the dressing room and on the pitch, is very important to us. It's a logical next step.
